At Wheatbelt Strength, our classes cover everything from lifting fundamentals to high-intensity circuits, all run by experienced coaches who care more about your progress than their own personal bests.

30 minute AMRAP session of dynamic strength movements designed to elevate your heart rate

Crossfit style skill and workout of the day structure. The technique focused strength aspect is combined with a spicy conditioning session for an overall effective workout.
