With clients ranging in age from 8 to 90 (seriously!) we are experienced working with all fitness levels and abilities and customising training programs for sports team, gaining populations and clients with injuries or pre-existing conditions - remember strong is strong for you!

I’m Kate
I’m an experienced National level powerlifting competitor, certified in Personal Training and Sports Nutrition. I opened Wheatbelt Strength in May 2022 and have recently expanded into a larger premises with the goal of bringing strength focused training to Narrogin and surrounds.
I’m also a mum of 4, wife and member of the WA farming community since I moved to Australia from Canada 21 years ago.
